Subsequently, he became a program manager for the Lazio Aerospace Technology Cluster and also for General Electric Aviation Business. Graduated in Physics at the University of Cagliari, holds a MSc in Telecommunications from the University College London and a Master in Management from the Business School of the Politecnico di Milano.

Manager and Coordinator of EU funded projects, studies and researches at national and European level, he also worked as Partner and General Manager at Engineering and Consultancy Company. Lately he added a significant expertise in Communication on environment, infrastructures, employment and education related public policies and development programs. Vincenzo Romano, scientific advisor
Co-founder and partner, former President and General Manager. He has gained, as researcher at INGV, scientific experience on upper atmosphere physics, space weather, Global Navigation Satellite System and data management. He coordinated research and development projects funded by ESA, National Antarctic Program and Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He published more than 50 papers in international scientific journals. PhD in Engineering Surveying and Space Geodesy at University of Nottingham (UK) and MBA at University of Tor Vergata (Roma).

Co-founder and partner. Head of the technological and logistical aspects of complex deep-sea experiments at INGV. She is Supervisor for the experiments and for data quality analysis and is also involved in EMSO (European Multidisciplinary Seafloor and water-column Observatory) Research Infrastructure as member of the Engineering and Logistic Service Group. Graduated in Physics at University La Sapienza of Rome (IT). PhD in Polar Sciences at University of Siena.
Lucilla Alfonsi, scientific advisor
Partner. Researcher at INGV in the Upper Atmosphere Physics Unit. She has gained specific knowledge in ionospheric disturbances on the GNSS signal. Trainer for undergraduate and PhD students and post-doc researchers on the space weather topics. Lecturer of the Space Weather course for the PhD students in Physics at the University Roma Tre (Rome, IT) and for the Master students in Navigation and Related Applications at Politecnico di Torino (IT). PhD in Geophysics at University Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna (IT) and M.A. Degree in Physics at University La Sapienza of Rome.
Claudio Cesaroni, scientific advisor
Partner. Researcher for the Environmental Department, Upper atmosphere physics division. He is one of the responsible for the INGV of the Space Weather activities in the framework of PECASUS consortium. His expertise span from ground based and space borne ionospheric TEC measurements techniques to ionospheric vTEC model development and validation. He is expert in GNSS data analysis. He acted as task responsible in several project related to ionospheric nowcasting and forecasting for space weather and positioning purposes, funded by EC (CALIBRA, IPS) and ESA (several ALCANTARA projects). He is involved in dissemination and communication activities as well as in high level education initiatives.
Giorgiana de Franceschi, scientific advisor
Partner. Director of Research at INGV. She has significant experience in the field of ionospheric physics, radio-communication, monitoring and modelling. She is principal investigator for several national and international projects. She has been elected vice-chair of the Commission G of International Union of Radio Science (URSI). She is the leader of the SCAR (Scientific Committee of Antarctic Research) expert group GRAPE (GNSS Research and Application for Polar Environment. She is tutor of several PhD students and she is author/co-author of more than 50 papers.
Claudio Chiarabba, scientific advisor
Partner. Director of Research at INGV. He was director of the Earthquake Department from May 2013 to July 2016. He has a significant experience in seismology, earthquakes and volcanic processes, earth structure and tectonics as well as in the evaluation of national and international programs and projects. He has coordinated several groups at INGV and managed scientific projects. He is teaching Geophysics and Seismology at the University La Sapienza of Rome (IT). He published more than 150 papers in international scientific journals.
