Silvio Bianchi
Researcher
Graduated in Physics from La Sapienza of Roma, he holds a PhD in Physics from the same University.
As a researcher at the Institute of Nanotechnology CNR-NANOTEC, since 2016 he gained high-level scientific experience in Optics, Optical and Laser Sensors, Holography, Microscopy, Slow-Reynolds Hydrodynamics. The scope of the interdisciplinary research is to develop collaborative projects across physics, life sciences and nanotechnology. His activity aims specifically on collective dynamics, advanced microscopy and light-based computing.
He contributed to the conception of multiple claim in patent applications as co-inventor. Author of over 45 publications in international peer reviewed journals (including Nature Communication, Applied Optics, Lab on a Chip) he published several articles on optics, low reynolds hydrodyamics, holography, microscopy.
